Here's how to access and run your FREE Essential 8 Assessment:

1. Submit the Form

Begin by completing and submitting the form on the AgendisRisk website. This step initiates the process of gaining access to the Essentials 8 Questionnaire. Before signing up, make sure that you have a Microsoft 365 account otherwise, you will not able to use to use the questionnaire and generate your report.

2. Check Your Emails

You will receive two emails:

MS Tenant Invite – Accept this to gain access to the questionnaire.
Compliance Notification – Confirms your email and company details have been recorded (no direct access required).

3. Allow Connections

A prompt will appear asking you to allow connections. Click to accept and connect your Microsoft365 account.  Note: An MS365 licence is required to use the PowerApp.

4. Access the Questionnaire

Click the link in the second email to open the Essentials 8 Questionnaire in the PowerApp. This link will direct you to the correct app where you can begin filling out the questionnaire.
