Cohesis’ First-ever In-person Team-building in Manila, Philippines

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of Cohesis’ first-ever in-person team-building event in the vibrant city of Manila, Philippines!

Since founding the company 4 years ago, Cohesis has fused the deep skills and experiences across the many disciplines required to provide clients with well-rounded strategic IT consulting and implementation expertise.

After months of virtual meetings and working remotely, our team members from all over the Philippines finally got the chance to meet face-to-face, bond, and set our sights on the future.

The team is extremely grateful for the experience and has been humbled by it. While nothing can replace the in-person meetings we’ve had, we believe they will undoubtedly strengthen the bonds and friendships between us.

While the focus was on planning how we can better serve our clients, the three-day event was packed with exciting activities, from exploring the city’s sights and sounds to sharing our personal and team goals.

We cannot thank enough our amazing organiser and operations manager, Khristine Gillamac, who did a brilliant job of ensuring that every detail of the event was meticulously planned to perfection.

Through various engaging activities, we reflected on our past successes and identified opportunities for growth and improvement. The event provided a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere that encouraged open communication, idea sharing, and goal setting that we are all excited to be a part of.

We’d like to express our gratitude to everyone who made the Cohesis team-building event in Manila a roaring success. The memories and experiences we shared together will stay with us for a long time. I cannot wait to continue working together towards our goals with renewed vigour and enthusiasm.
