What is the Management Screen?

The management screen is the settings page of the OnboardHQ App. This is where the HR Head/HR Manager can setup/Configure the following:

Recruitment Team

Add/Update/Delete members of the recruitment team who can access the onboardHQ, be assigned to new hires to manage, receive notifications from the app about onboarding progress, and email follow ups based on new hire activities.

Checklists

Add/Update/Delete items from the document checklist depending on what the new hire needs to accomplish.

Documents

Attach/Update/Delete onboarding and new hire documents that you wish the new hire to sign, read, or fulfill. These documents are sent to the new hire via email automation through the onboarding email and welcome email.

Accreditations and Awards

Add/Update/Delete items depending on what your company requires the new hire to have in terms of awards and accreditations.

Roles and Employment Types

Add/Update/Delete management roles as well as employment types.

Work Locations

Add/Update/Delete work locations for employees.

Pay basis, Payroll Frequency, and Payroll Processes

Add/Update/Delete items and information regarding salaries/wages/pay rate.

Probation Period

Add/Update/Delete probation period schedules. This is a schedule set to when the app can send notification reminders to the new hire and HR Manager/HR Personnel about probation periods.

Performance Reviews:
