Wrapping Up 2024: Celebrating Milestones & Looking Ahead
Cohesis 2024 was a year of real momentum. From breakthrough partnerships to product innovations, we delivered measurable results. Here’s a look at our Cohesis 2024 highlights & what’s next, and how we’re gearing up for 2025.
2024: A Transformative Year
This year, Cohesis has been privileged to work on a range of transformative projects across within local government, not for profit and enterprise. Here’s a snapshot of our wins:
Our Major Wins:
Government, Local Council & Public Sector
Government and Local Council was the largest contributor to overall wins, with us providing expertise in strategic ICT planning, adoption of Agendis apps, and technology roadmaps. We also have performed ICT Health Checks and created Technology Roadmaps within Mining, Healthcare and niche sectors (Engineering, Furniture, Funeral Sector, Administrative).
Manufacturing & Operational Optimisation
- Cohesis leveraged MRPEasy successes to target more manufacturing SMEs with specific operational needs like production cost tracking, FX sync, and system integrations. This gave way to MRP implementations and IT assessments that align with operational optimization in production-focused industries.
- Cohesis worked hard this year to package offerings around “scale-ready solutions” for tech startups and medium-sized software companies, emphasizing software selection, Bespoke integrations, and roadmaps for scaling.
- AgendisHR and AgendisTime implementations highlight success in streamlining HR operations for the Healthcare sector and private sectors, focusing on HR/time management solutions and complex migrations.
- Cohesis partnership with MRPeasy has led us to secure our first Singaporean Client, a digital networks organisation that needed to re-implement MRPeasy to pass an audit. We were directly introduced by MRPeasy given our expertise in the space.
- We have also expanded our breadth of international clients to the US and China by implementing and integrating KatanaMRP and Xero for Speedshield in both territories.
We have also noticed a greater interest from clients in updating the Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Plans. The greater recognition amongst business leaders for the need to have effective BCDR Plans in place is welcome news and is a trend we hope continues into 2025. The next step is to make sure these plans get tested!
We have been intrinsically involved in helping organisations go-to-market for new IT Support providers. We have been helping clients select vendors for many years now and are delighted that our tried and tested approach has resulted in one of our larger clients now projecting to save over $1m over 5 years while at the same time ensuring a more fit-for-purpose support service.

Agendis: M365 Power Apps Specialists
We now have a team of 6 people within Agendis and regularly help organisations by creating Bespoke applications. In this last year we have seen adoption of our applications increase and an increased desire to invest in bespoke M365 Powerapps.

Now with improved employee onboarding workflows, more intuitive navigation, and enhanced reporting tools for better workforce insights.

New features include real-time project tracking, automated timesheet approvals, and integration with payroll systems, making time management seamless.

In its first full year of use, AgendisRisk helped organizations proactively manage Risks, Issues, Actions, and Decisions (RAID) while providing customisable dashboards for strategic insights.

Updated with advanced tracking capabilities, automated notifications, and improved user interfaces to simplify request management
